China Work/Employment Visa


Chinese Work/Employment Visa (Z Visa) is issued to an alien who comes to China for a post or employment, and his/her accompanying family members. A Chinese visa is required for all citizens.

Gather Documents to secure your Chinese Tourist Visa

Completed China Visa Application 1.1 Completed China Visa Application Complete and print the China Visa Application.
Send ONE (1) visa application form completed and signed with your signature in blue ink.

 

Proof of U.S. Citizenship 1.2 Passport

Send us your current valid passport.  Your valid passport must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and at least one (1) blank visa page.


  • - First time applicants whose former nationality was Chinese shall write down his/her Chinese name on the application form and submit a photocopy of the information page of their Chinese passport or provide the prior Chinese Passport.


Two Passport Photographs 1.3 One Passport Photograph

You must provide ONE (1) passport photo taken by a passport photographer.


Passport Photos can be obtained at the following locations :


Letter of Authorization 1.4 Green Card or Visa Non-US passport holders must submit a copy of their US Green Card or valid US visa that entitles them to reside or work for an extended period within the United States. 

Proof of Departure 1.5 Proof of Departure

You must provide a copy of ONE of the following if you are selecting Same Day or Rush Processing :

  • - Your foreign travel plane ticket
  • - Your printed travel itinerary showing foreign travel

 


Order Form 1.6 Our Order Form You must submit our secure ORDER FORM so we can prepare for your China Visa Application and documents.

Fees and Payment 1.7 Consular Fees

Make one company check OR Money Order payable to "Chinese Embassy" for fee amount listed below listed under "Consular Fees".


  • -  Be sure to include your name
  • -  Personal checks are NOT accepted.

Completed China Visa Application 1.9 Visa Notification

Photocopy of Visa Notification document:  Issued by the Foreign Affairs office and presented to you by your Chinese employer. 


 

Completed China Visa Application 2.0 Work Permit

Photocopy of the work permit issued to you by your Chinese employer. Your employer will obtain this from the Chinese Labor Ministry or the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau.

 

Fees and Payment 2.1 Our Service Fee
  • Our Service Fee varies depending on the speed of service you choose from $39 to $89.  Select whether you need Regular, Express, or Same Day processing on the order form.  Payment is made via credit card on the order form.

  • -  Signed, completed China Visa application
  • -  1 Passport Photo
  • -  Current, Valid Passport
  • -  If applicable, your US Green Card or Visa
  • -  Itinerary
  • -  Copy of Visa Notification
  • -  Copy of Work Permit
  • -  Company Check or Money Order for Consular Fees
  • -  Order Form Confirmation
